went to senor moose over the weekend, a favorite of ours.  husband ordered this amazing shrimp in lemony-saffron sauce.

seattle is weird.  case in point; walking around greenlake with husband and us shaking our heads at the shirtless dude riding his bicycle with his cat strapped to his shoulders, teenagers lying across the pathway forcing everyone to walk around them, people playing hunger games fighting each other with styrofoam swords and axes, and the picture above---a tree that had to be cut down because it was dying and hazardous to people if it fell and the parks dept. posting a letter at the base of the tree to describe this, and best of all, people creating this little memorial in honor of the tree with flowers.  oh, seattle.
